 I've been having this issue for months. says i have new participated, but even when i never do it keeps saying it. I've clicked "select all, mark as read/unread" but nothing changes. |

That's typical. You'll have a little "New" icon next to it when it's Unread by you. That window shows you Recent Threads that have been participated in by various users.
Select > All | Actions > Mark As Read
That should make them no new, and the New icon also goes away after you read the thread. If that doesn't work, go to the main forum page and look at the all of the categories - if there's something new it will have a different folder icon with some blue writing. One might be an older thread that has paneled off that Recently Participated Threads window.
However, I'm also a MAC user, so if this doesn't work maybe someone else has a way to fix this that operates in Windows.

Figured out the issue. If you have the "New" participated icon and it wont go away...
Go to each subforum and click "mark board as read" in every section. This happens when someone revives some older topics.
