Charity Work. . .from an Andartan?

People don't quite know what to think.
The Andartan street preacher, Victoire d`Thaneaux has recently been observed laboring along side several teams working to renovate the slums about Deadman's Knot. In nothing but her heavy boots, snugly fitted red and black tank top and trousers, and wearing her holy symbol about her neck, she's been observed hauling timbers into place for new, cleaner buildings, laying foundations, replacing broken windows, and digging ditches along the side of the street so at least the refuse tossed from windows above can run down to the canals, and not simply pool in the street.
That's nice, but. . .aren't Andartans supposed to be iron fisted power grabbing schemers?
Some consider changing their opinions about the cult, while others stubbornly insist it's all just an act and a ploy.
