This massive cathedral is dedicated to the Imperial Creed. Despite its relatively new construction, it is nevertheless and impressive building that towers over everything that surrounds it, its forbidding gothic architecture making it stand out. Inside, it is as equally impressive with arched ceilings and breath-taking pillars carved to resemble famous imperial saints.
The most impressive of this sculptures lies in the back of the temple beyond the alter. The image of Emperor Maximilian III, the emperor who signed a treaty of non-aggression with the city of Tel Vinrae, overlooks the faithful as they gather. His stone visage is said to be uncannily lifelike and it is considered a relic of the Faith.
Templar, holy knights married to the Imperial Creed, wander patrol the grounds of the cathedral. While they seldom leave its halls and courtyards, they are nevertheless reminders to the many refugees of the city that outside of its walls there is an eternal war.
