Here is the approval request for the Chapel to Andarta Vicky wants to buy in the Canal District. Just a standard Chapel with a rectory [basic bedroom suite and study] and two bathroom areas in the back for patrons to use. Chamberpots of course, as this is the Canal district. Start simple, start small.
Just need it approved so when she and her friends get enough money I can purchase it.
