Captain Pearl of "The Puddle Hopper" would be seen putting bulletins up in all the major areas of the city. They read as follows.
Captain Pearl of "The Puddle Hopper" would like it to be known that she is having a charity dinner. Fried fish, tartar sauce, and coleslaw with an orange on the side will be served at 5 gold a plate. All proceeds will go to her project of building a homeless shelter. She hopes that some of the nobility will be able to make it and fund her project. She also hopes that when it is completed, the homeless of the city will finally have a place to go, keep warm, and learn a trade.
