*This is somewhat inspired by the Champion of Corellon Larethian PRC. But it is changed to become more of a base class.
---------------------------------------------------------------
REVISIONS:
-Gave Elven Race requirement.
-Elegant strike now deals 1/2 dex mod extra damage instead of dex mod.
- Deft Parry burns two AoOs per round per use instead of one.
-Raised HD to d10 but gave it only one good saving progression: Reflex. Which makes sense, considering how the variant is all about speed, accuracy, and nimble-ness.
--------------------------------------------------------------
Champion of Maendrol
Champions of Maendrol are time honored elven warriors who study the history, philosophy, politics, religion, and martial arts of their race. To them, combat is not simply a way of expressing political power through force, or even a method of honest self defense, though these things may be true in a given circumstance. To them, combat at it's core is an expression of self and culture. Therefore, to watch a champion of Maendrol in battle is to behold poetry in motion. Though their area of martial expertise is specialized, their skill in it is unmatched.
Most Champions of Maendrol are Elven or Half elven, and many are highborn of the Southern Kingdom. Those that are not are often trained alongside paladins of Maendrol within that deity's temples, and enjoy considerable respect among the elven people despite their humbler origins.
