Golden Way is in the center of Tel Vinrae where the canal turns into the moat that surrounds the marble walls of the Silver Palace. It's called Golden Way because of the bronze bricks amongst the Terracotta that covers the ground in 3x3 feet scatterings. It's said they attract the heat from the sewers below and trap the warmth from the sun to help keep the streets free of ice in the wintertime when the canal water freezes.
Golden Way holds a variety of shops, smiths and vendors. Buildings like the Academy of Philosophies can be found here, as well as the Marble Palisade.
