Audit and corrections to Saraswati

Last time I used Saraswati, I noticed that there seemed to be several things wrong, especially in skills. Sio I audited her charcacter sheet going through each level up and my base notes - and yes, it looks like the last level up wasn't done correctly.
1) Wisdom should be 17 - being the level 4 stat raise
2) Skills are also wrong. I counted 48 points instead of 56 points. The Huang-Ni language is missing, Heal should be +4, and EA, Swim and Perception should be +7 each, being maximised. Also with the Agile feat replaced, there is no longer a +2 to Balance and EA.
3) This also uncovered another anomily. It appears Sara was sanctioned with two skill points short. Plus, the +2 to a Knowledge Skill (Akosh) only applies to Know Arcana, not Know Nature. So, could the missing skill points go into Know Nature to compensate the loss of the bonus. Also Climb is Str based, not Dex.
For your convenience the new skill block, ready for C/P is:
Appraise 0(+5*), Climb 0(+3*), Diplomacy 2(+2), Escape Artist 7(+7), Handle Animal 5(+5), Heal 4(+7), Know Arcana 5(+10*), Know Nature 7(+10), Perception 7(+10), Perform Dance 5(+5), Ride 2(+4*), Sense Motive 0(+3), Spellcraft 2(+6*) Stealth 1(+1), Survival 0(+5*), Swim 7(+10*) | Languages: Draconic, Druidic, Elven, Huang-Ni, Jihva, Melerian, Velithri (Common)
Also, I prefer to have the book reference code in the spell list if it's a non-SRD spell, so I know (and any DM knows) which book it's in. So the spell block should be:
