Animal Sightings

Late in the evening, in the wee hours where only the seediest or oddest are awake, there have been... sightings. Strange sightings...
It's no question that some strange animals have been seen in Tel Vinrae as of late; dire rats, small tigers, the occasional snake, wolves outside the city, overly large badgers, and even a couple of worgs that one time; you know that one time, right?
Recently though, something new has made its way into the city... a large... bat.
It's just been seen... flying about. Not bothering anyone actually. In fact, the testimony would be coming from the seedy, the drunk, or possibly both... after all -- some people like attention, right?
However, it wasn't the fact that it was large, but how large it was; almost the size of a person... and while there haven't been *proper* sightings, enough hearsay goes about... just to keep an eye out, right?
