*Feel free to give feedback and recommendations on fine tuning this. Please also note while it seems this class gives many of the same perks these other two silly classes allow, they qualify them by noting that many of the nicer perks are only in effect against undead opponents.
The Skull Clan Hunter, listed here, is severely overpowered.

The Hunter of the Dead, listed here, is severely underpowered.

This is my attempt to formulate an anti undead PRC that is both useful and balanced; that does what it is supposed to do. Give PCs that take it a solid edge in defeating their hated enemies, while neither making them completely useless vs everything else, or negating the fact they have sacrificed flexibility to specialize in defeating a single type of foe.
I present to you:

Detect Undead (Sp)
At first level, Slayer gains the ability to activate Detect Undead as a spell like ability, at will, at a caster level equal to her class level.
Turn Undead (Su)
A Slayer can turn undead as a cleric of their character level. If they had a class that granted this ability before becoming a Slayer, the abilities stack.
Positive Energy Strike (Su)
At first level, all of a Slayer's attacks become infused with positive energy. She may ignore the damage reduction of any undead she strikes.
Slayer (Ex)
Starting at second level, a Slayer's studies of the undead grant her an advantage both in resisting their abilities, and harming them directly. She gains a +1 bonus to all saves, skill checks, attack, and damage rolls made against an undead opponent. This bonus increases every even numbered level, to a maximum of +4 at level 8.
Life Seal (Su)
At third level, a Slayer becomes immune to all negative energy, energy drain, and death effects used by undead, as well as immunity to being raised as a spawn.
Ghost Strike (Su)
At fifth level, the Slayer`s mastery of positive energy is such that she can ignore the mischance suffered when attacking an incorporeal undead, even if she is using a non magical weapon. This benefit does not extend to incorporeal creatures that are not undead, however.
Greater Turning (Su)
At seventh level, the Slayer gains access to the Greater Turn ability, as per the Sun Domain. If they already had access to it, they may now use it twice a day.
True Death (Su)
At nineth level, all undead killed by a Slayer rest in peace. They may never again rise as one of the undead, even if they had some means of return, such as a coffin or phylactery. They may still, however, be resurrected.
Bane of Undead (Su)
At tenth level, the Slayer has perfected the art of killing undead, and may now score critical hits against them as if they were living beings. In addition, any undead upon which she scores a critical hit must succeed on a DC 15 will save, or be utterly destroyed, as if struck by a disrupting weapon.
