I know the DM workload is astronomical, but as a player, it would be nice if all the benefits of being a member of the Academy of Philosophies was enumerated. IE, Knowledges that can be trained, IF they become Class Skills for you, Languages that can be learned, housing, etc.

I'd say the Academy doesn't allow Knowledge to become class skills but having access to the Academy library does offer a +2 bonus to all Knowledge checks. I'd argue you can also learn languages there as well - but some might be restricted or require a scene to get a teaching.
I'm also pretty sure the Academy offers rooms.

I'm fairly sure that the Academy does have rooms for students - and some staff (after all Spica has a room there). Some things we do have to quantify though are: (a) Do mages associated with the Academy get a discount on spell scrolls - and if so, does that stack with the discount offered by the Sigils. (b) Do mages associated with the Academy get a discount on the inks required to copy spells from scrolls to spellbook (c) Does the Academy have a library of spells that Academy mages have access to? If so, what limits are there to what is in it.
