Ok, this is totally going to come across as nit-picky (and I really don't want it to) but this could be important to a new player. The DMG is missing from your list of approved materials. Are the PrCs contained in the DMG allowed? I am assuming they probably are and I can see Leadership has been given its own special rules.

The DMG PrCs, except for Red Wizard of Thay (because Thay doesn't exist in this setting).
