Healing Hands, Page 87 within the Complete Scoundrel. This feat is listed as an allowed feat. It allows the player to stabilize a down character. If they pass the heal check they also heal the down character 1d6 hp.

Is this feat also restricted by the rules if they don't follow your deity they don't get heal?
