Starting Languages: Milerian, Common (Velithri)
These people tend to have deep-seeded philosophies that the land should belong to themselves and not under an authority that knows not their life-long hardship to maintain their cultures. Their way of life revolves around their various villages and holds and they are more concerned with the care for their people, and will often do what they must for the good of their struggling people. They fight for freedom and their plight is for their people, for the land to remain theirs, as it has for hundreds of years. An Omicron has a 20% chance on their Stabilize checks, as well as a +2 to Survival and Intimidate Checks. These skills are always considered class skills for them.
Starting Languages: Govan, Common (Velithri)
Govan - (Goh-vahn) These peoples originating from the Northern Peaks, though because of their nomadic ways, they live in groups across the continent. They are named after the animals that they herd across the migration trails - the Govi. The Govi are similar to reindeer or caribou, but vary in size - some even as large as horses and can even been domesticated and ridden as such. Currently, there are four major tribes of Govan people that wander across the continent of Mileria. Once a year, the tribes unite, to herd the Govi back to the Northern Peaks for the species' mating season. For the Govan, family is an important aspect of their lives. There is scepticism by the other races of Mankind - the Govan are a very peaceful human race, refusing thus far to take part in the current war. Because of the threat they face with the warring nations, many of the Govan people have begun to migrate south, towards Tel Vinrae where the sweet grasses are still thick and unmarred by bloodshed. Their physical attributes vary according to their tribe. They all speak the same general language, Govan, despite being scattered across the continent. A Govan character gains any bonuses from their specific tribe, as well as a +2 to Handle Animal Checks. Additionally, they are granted a +2 to Survival Checks when in their designated home region (Forest, Swamp, Snow/Mountains, Plains). Handle Animal is always a class skill for them.
- The Sampi (Sam-pee) These people still live in the heart of the Northern Peaks, living in homes forged from animal hides and firmly packed snow. Though, they are not as nomadic as their other brethren, preferring to live in more stabilized villages. They are typically pale in complexion with blonde hair and dark blue eyes. The Sampi are a group of people known for their ability in keeping peace amongst the other three tribes. A Sampi character gains a +2 to Diplomacy checks, and Diplomacy is always a class skill for them.
- The Mivar (My-vahr) come from the swamplands of western Mileria. There are many dangers within the murky terrain and it's vital for them to know how to survive their homelands. They are typically dark-haired with a ruddy complexion. A Govan character from the Mivar tribe gains a +2 to Knowledge Nature checks, and Knowledge Nature is always a class skill.
- The Jenji (Jen-gee) people roam the southern parts of the continent, closest to Tel Vinrae where the forests are thicker and jungle-like. They are excellent hunter/gatherers, and must know the terrain well to keep up with the Govi herds. They typically have ginger hair and foresty green eyes. A Jenji character can move through the Forests at normal speed without taking the normal terrain penalty, adopting the Woodland Stride special ability as a Racial Ability.
- The Heknar (Heck-nahr) are locals to the grassy plains in the eastern part of Mileria where the Imperial Nation also calls home. Though the plains are wild with plenty of sweet grass for the Govi, water can be scarce to find when trapsing through the flatland. There are many dangers and it can be hard to find shelter unless you know where to look. They have sandy-blonde hair, ruddy skin and dark-coloured eyes. A Govan character from the Hecknar tribe gains a +2 to Knowledge Geography, and it is always a class skill for them.

Imperials originate from the Eastern parts of Mileria. They come from a highly civilized culture, where organisation is a tactic taught to even their children. Teamwork is a trait that all Imperials know, no matter their childhood. However, Imperials tend to stick together when travelling to other lands, trusting each other before their other allies.
