The Creation of Tel Vinrae

It is said that the Eladrin had come from a distant land - across the sea that lacked name. War had come to their people, and it is told that some fled to the distant continent of Mileria.
The Elves and Dwarves here, though, were warring with the Drow - a harsh and cruel civilization that sought to pillage and destroy... The three races worked together to bring the Drow to and end - sealing off their passageways and starving them until they were forced aboveground. It was then, with the agreement of the Elven Kingdoms and the Dwarven Clans, that the Drow would spend the rest of their lives in servitude to the Eladrin. As result of their corrupt ways and evil ways. The Eladrin took from them all need to fight, kill, and destroy - giving them collars to wear that took away their hunger and thirst.
It was there, over top of the Drow city, that the Eladrin settled Tel Vinrae - where the land was fruitful and offering so much textile. These foreigners mastered the art of commerce and through the years, their wealth grew - the city becoming towering and marvellous.
