Bellum Orbisque lvl up

I'm learning to make it a little easier i hope by copy paste some sections. Bellum was 50xp away when i posted this, though he has rpxp waiting to be done and an addy.

Class feature: Diety weapon focus, if weapon focus is already a selected feat can be replaced with another. Choosing Negotiator[+2 diplomacy and sense motive]

Feat for third lvl:Heavy Armor Prof.
