A group of women could be heard speaking in the canal streets together, about Captain Pearl Oxford...how she helped stop an attack on children, but apparently...what was more important to the people, was how she paid for the funerals of four fallen children. She paid for very nice coffins, priests, and the services for each of the pre-teens. Though she did not attend any of them. A dozen lilies were also delivered to each funeral service.
This along with other good deeds done by the captain...seem to get people talking about her. For a sea captain, she seems to have a big heart. She is often seen giving her morning catch to homeless folks, giving them a meal to enjoy.
Who knows what she plans to do next...

Bellum Orbisque of the Andartan faith would provide white funeral robes for the children to be dressed in, paid for by Captain Pearl. For those families who would allow it, Bellum performed funeral rites for the deceased.
