A popular hangout of sailors and other rowdy sort, the Drunken Kelpie is a tavern situated it the docks. The building is a new construction, made from red brick with a tiled roof. A small building, it is often crowded but its regulars claim that there is no more merry place; despite the crowd it draws there are rarely any fights partially because the owner and primary bartender, a retired adventurer name Gustav has a reputation for finishing what some ruffian start.
A mountain of a man with a shaved head and a fiery beard that would leave a dwarf envious, he is slow to anger and quick to laughter but is quick to defuse fights by literally throwing the offenders out the front door. While little seems to bother the man, he does not seemed to have much love for his competitors at the Sultry Siren but will ever go into detail as to why.
