Amidst the filth of the area, more or less hidden in the shadows of the alleyways is a small shrine dedicated to the Order of the Eternal Watch. From the outside, the building appears to simply be another run-down old house with a new door and windows with a small sign baring the symbol of the faith. The inside is equally humble, with a common area that can house about a dozen faithful.
The place would likely be unimpressive if not for the woman that ran it. Vivian of Vandermere, said to be the daughter of a Imperial general who forsook her status, opened the chapel three years ago as a way to serve the community. She offers what little she can to those less fortunate than her and while she occasionally had to deal with ruffians attempting to cause trouble, they've long since left her alone when she responded to their aggression without fear.
Some however say the woman is half-mad. She is occasionally seen wandering the dark alleyways surrounding the chapel as if she's looking for something. Whatever it is, most say she's not yet found it...
