Sinner
The Sinner is the decadence which embodies all peoples, governments, and organizations. It is the primal, selfish desires which, regardless of their disposition, are enticed to fall victim to. Many goodly people make an effort to avoid these vices, but others embrace them, inviting others into their sin through whispered promises or insinuated pleasures. There are seven basic tenets which summarizes the Sinner: Lust, Greed, Wrath, Envy, Pride, Gluttony, SlothSinner

Special Ability
Every level, a Sinner gains a special ability of his choice from among the following.
Greed (Su)
A Sinner receives a +4 Conditional modifier to Diplomacy and may use “haggling” (as described below) when purchasing or selling goods. (PCs are unaffected by this ability)
Wrath (Su)
The sinner knows how to incite people, clouding their thoughts. Functions as Rage spell. This is a Charisma check, Will Negates.
Envy (Su)
The sinner has the talents to flaunt the advantages they possess over others, frustrating them. With a successful, opposed Bluff check, the target of this ability moves one step closer towards aggressive upon the attitude chart located under Diplomacy (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/skills/diplomacy.htm), and receive a -4 conditional modifier to all Diplomacy rolls when dealing with the sinner for the remainder of the day. Can only be used on one character, once per day
Pride (Su)
The sinner is aware that he/she has a dramatic impact upon others, and sits comfortably in that knowledge. Little can cause the sinner to second guess his/her thoughts or actions, giving them a +2 Conditional modifier to Willpower
Gluttony (Su)
The need for over-indulgence is great within the sinner. Over time, the sinner’s resistance to substances increase, granting them a +2 to fort saves vs poisons and drugs. The Sinner becomes immune to the effects of Alcohol.
Sloth (Su)
Once per day the sinner can use their soft or sultry voice to incite weariness upon another, belaying their duties or responsibilities by belittling their importance. Functions as a sleep spell with a DC of Charisma + Ability Bonus + Sinner levels. Will Negates.
Haggle: You can use the Diplomacy skill to bargain for goods or services, including those of a magical nature. When discussing the sale of an item or service, you can attempt to lower the asking price with a Diplomacy check made to influence NPC attitudes (see the sidebar on page 72 of the Player's Handbook). If you manage to adjust the vendor's attitude to helpful (most vendors begin as indifferent), the vendor lowers the asking price by 10%. Add the vendor's Diplomacy check modifier to the DC needed to achieve the result. For example, to adjust the attitude of an indifferent vendor with a Diplomacy modifier of +3 to friendly, you must achieve a result of 33 or higher on your Diplomacy check (a base chance of 30, +3 for target's Diplomacy modifier). If you worsen the vendor's attitude, the vendor refuses to sell anything to you at this time. The DM is the final arbiter of any sale of goods and should discourage abuse of this option if it is slowing the game down too much.
Action: Haggling requires at least 1 full minute, as normal for a Diplomacy check.
Try Again: You can't retry a Diplomacy check to haggle.
