Divine Casting Exceptions

Currently, the Divine Casters of the following Faiths suffer no restrictions (this means they can use their magic on ANYONE unless determined by the DM otherwise):

• The Rebel (Orc Pantheon)

• The Order of the Eternal Watch (Human Pantheon, out-lawed religion outside of Tel Vinrae)
