Victoire, the local Champion of Andarta, makes it known that she desires to hire a Chen Kai monk to train her in the traditional martial arts of their homeland, in order that she might both increase her understanding of their culture, and strengthen her own body and spirit. The price is negotiable, but she makes it plain that she offers no small pittance for the honor of such instruction.
