Name: The Rebel
Portfolio: Freedom, Glory, Unity, War
Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
Domains: Chaos, Glory, Travel, War
Holy Symbol: A pair of crossed axes.
Favored Weapon: Battle Axe
Description: Iconography of the Rebel is rare because of its constant oppression in orc culture although with the rise of Kurarth, his image is often used to represent the entity; that of a tall, muscular orc with a less bestial visage, clad in fine armour wielding a pair of battle axes.
Overview of Faith: If the faith of the Deceiver is considered to be an expression of orc weakness, the cult of the Rebel is seen as blasphemous to the very spirit of orcish kind. While still militant, often motivating smaller orcs tribes to raid their neighbors, and to outsiders it is still a religion that justifies war and bloodshed, to orc culture it represents something more than that; it symbolizes a greater purpose behind the bloodshed. While rooted out as heresy for generations, it has recently began to gain dominance because of the charismatic war chief Kurarth the One-Eyed, who wants to unite his people under one banner and create an empire of his own people.
