Construction throughout the City

A swarm of dwarves entered the city of Tel Vinrae today, coming from the north. After convening for a brief period in the Golden Way, the Dwarves began separating into teams. Several moved into the Gentile District, to begin work on a new structure being constructed across from The Cathedral of Saint Maximillian. Others stayed in Golden Way, to work on demolition of smaller buildings along the southern edge of the main center, as well as clearing out the remains of the Clocktower.
Notices have been placed throughout the city that a New Clocktower is being designed and built under the primary leadership of Nima Kashma Lash`Rael, formerly of House Xyrvyre, who left that house and returned to her former family after her return from the Ashening.
Additional Notices advertise a new Orphanage being constructed, yet to be named, In golden Way's Main Center. The Orphanage is expected to be open in a couple months and will not only cater to youth in need throughout the city, but also to older patrons who want to educate themselves in new trades.
Finally, attached to the Orphanage, a new Shop is opening. Creetian Laboratories, run by Spica Amizuno, will be opened. With cooperation from other crafters, Creetian Laboratories is expected to have a wide variety of Alchemical items, as well as wands for sale. When asked about it, Maisi Maxim - the owner of the Arcanium Emporium - is rumored to be quite excited. It's believed that Maisi and Spica have arranged special pricing on their products, which will not only benefit the common folk in the city, but also continue to benefit those members of the Charred Sigils and the Academy who have been Maisi's longstanding customers.
